One contractor for the whole scope of work
Most home projects stall where one trade hands off to the next. We hold the whole scope, so the schedule, the budget and the accountability stay in one place.
Full-scope general contracting for the whole house
From a full addition down to a list of repairs, every trade on the job is scheduled and supervised by us.
Kitchen Remodeling
Layout changes, cabinetry, counters, lighting and appliance rough-ins, coordinated so the trades never sit idle waiting on each other.
Bathroom Remodeling
Full gut renovations with new waterproofing, tile, fixtures and ventilation. Built to pass inspection and stay dry for decades.
Home Addition Construction
Bump-outs, second storeys and in-law suites. We handle the foundation, framing and the tie-in to your existing roof and systems.
Home Renovations
Down-to-studs renovations sequenced so your house comes back together in the right order, with one schedule you can actually follow.
Flooring Installation
Hardwood, engineered plank, laminate and tile laid over a properly prepped, level subfloor, which is the step most rushed jobs skip.
Repairs & Maintenance
The smaller list that keeps getting pushed back: doors that stick, damaged drywall, failing caulk, rotted trim, fixtures that need replacing.
Also part of our scope
These trades run inside our larger projects, and we take them on as standalone work too.
Remodeling
Single-room remodels and layout changes: taking out a wall, reworking a floor plan or bringing a dated space up to current standards.
Drywall Installation
Hanging, taping, mudding and sanding to a flat, paint-ready finish, including patches and repairs after other trades are done.
Interior Painting
Indoor painting with the prep work included: filling, sanding, priming and cutting in, then finish coats on walls, ceilings and trim.
Carpentry & Built-Ins
Trim, stairs, custom shelving and built-in storage cut and fitted on site to your walls, not to a catalogue.
Permits & Inspections
We pull the permits your scope requires and schedule the inspections, so approvals do not become your second job.
Design & Planning Support
Help turning a rough idea into a buildable scope: measurements, layout options, material allowances and a realistic budget.
Three steps from first call to final walkthrough
A deliberately short path, so you know exactly what happens next at every stage.
Step 1: Walkthrough and scope
We come to the house, measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through what you actually want out of the space.
Step 2: Written proposal
You receive a line-by-line proposal with materials, allowances and a build sequence. You approve a scope and a number, not a rough ballpark.
Step 3: Build and final walkthrough
We build to the approved schedule with one lead on site, then walk the finished job with you and close out every item on the punch list.
Tell us what you want to build
Send through your project and we will arrange a free on-site consultation, then put a written, line-by-line proposal in your hands.
